Challenges of human—machine collaboration in risky decision-making

Abstract The purpose of this paper is to delineate the research challenges human—machine collaboration in risky decision-making. Technological advances machine intelligence have enabled a growing number applications collaborative Therefore, it desirable achieve superior performance by fully leveraging human and capabilities. In decision-making, decision-maker vulnerable cognitive biases when judging possible outcomes event, whereas cannot handle new dynamic contexts with incomplete information well. We first summarize features decision-making decision-makers therein. Then, we argue necessity urgency advancing Afterward, review literature on general decision context, from perspectives organization, relationship, collaboration.
